Tour from Ouarzazate 4 days by 4x4 and Camel - Itinerary:
Day 1: From Ouarzazate to Mhamid
After you meet your guides in Ouarzazate, depart by 4x4 to the Sahara desert for 4-days. We will cross the Anti-Altas Mountain and drive down to the largest oasis in Morocco, 200km of palms along the way to Mhamid. We will stop in Agdez town for a short walk on the ancient road of the Caravans, where there are many fortified villages and get closer to the locals here. Our tour continues to Oulad Othman and Zagora for a delicious lunch. From here, we drive to Tamgroute, where you will visit the Old Library and the Koranic School. We will arrive at Mhamid in The afternoon and spend the night in a desert camp.
Day 2: Desert trip by camel from Mhamid
After a relaxing night and a good breakfast, you will meet the camel man and your kitchen man, who will take you for a fantastic camel experience and share the nomadic life and the desert skills with you. You will walk around two hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, and there will be the opportunity to experience the camel ride and enjoy the view from the top of the camelback. You will go camping somewhere in the middle of the dunes, and your guides will prepare the famous traditional bread among the nomads, the bread baked in the hot sand—an unforgettable moment under the stars around the fire.
Day 3: 4x4 Experience to Erg Chigaga Dunes
Today, after breakfast, You will continue by camel to the off-road, where the 4x4 will pick you up and then drive 50 km off-road to Erg Chegaga, crossing all features of the Sahara desert, such as Reg, Hammada and Erg. You will visit the sacred oasis of Foum La'aalag before we arrive at Erg chigaga camp for more exploring the Moroccan desert and meditation. You will have free time in the afternoon to have another memorable moment for the sunset from the high dune in Chegaga—a musical evening around the fire and a delicious dinner in the camp.
Day 4: Erg Chigaga to Ouarzazate
We start from Erg Chegaga around 9:00 in the morning. We drive on the old Paris-Dakar Rally route, crossing the desert with varying scenery, Dunes, Lake Iriki, and mountains until we reach the village of Foum Zguid, where we will stop for lunch. Before this village, we will stop to search for fossils. In the afternoon, the roads take us to Taznakht, the Berber carpet capital. It's a famous place in Morocco for the handcraft of Berber carpets. We arrive in Ouarzazate around 18:00.

- Footwear: Choose shoes or sandals. Walking shoes are unnecessary in the desert; lighter footwear is preferable. If selecting sandals, pack socks as nighttime temperatures drop.
- Clothing: Light attire for the day and warmer garments for the evening, including rain protection. In March, temperatures range from 10°C at night to 26°C during the day.
- Sun protection: Suncream and sunglasses.
- First aid: Include adhesive plasters, dressings, sterile compresses, disinfectant, paracetamol or aspirin tablets/sachets, antidiarrheal medication, eye drops, and blister dressings.
